Analyzing Properties

Analyzing properties is an important skill to know. The “pure” numbers and not approximate are critical. I am so thankful to #Biggerpockets tools for analyzing properties. #BrandonTurner has a ton of tutorials for analyzing properties. If you get a #ProMembership the tools are free to use. I used my reports when I talked with my bank about my business goals. I was able to import my logo on the reports! This made the report look custom to my company.
