Understand, Unlock, Unleash

I recently got the book Multifamily Millionaire and I’m just starting to dig into it. I am excited to grow into multifamily units, but I first have to get an understanding about this market. The Understanding stage can be one of two things for some, getting stuck in the learning stage. Wanting to understand everything and never feeling okay to make a move. Yet others learn, get understanding, then put the information into action. Before long they are unleashing on to the multifamily market! The latter is what we all should strive for.

Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad Poor Dad and David Greene’s book Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat is what ignited a fire in me to get started in real estate investing. I’m so thankful to these guys!

People like Joshua Dorkin, Brandon Turner, David Greene, Brian Murray, Robert Kiyosaki, and many more have freely given information to us so we can have a thorough understanding of the real estate market. Now it’s time for us to unlock and unleash the information we’ve been given! What exciting times!
